NOTE THE FOLLOWING: All training courses purchased on this site are held in
Jupiter, Florida
at our address above and our associated range(s). Students must register in
advance and are responsible for all expenses. Students may supply their own
equipment or rent/purchase from here or at our Jupiter location. All courses
require a minimum registered attendance (4) to be held on the scheduled training
day and may be subject to cancellation should a minimum enrollment not be met
7 days prior to start date. Trusted Armament reserves the right to reschedule
registered students for a subsequent calendar date or put them on a mailing
list should a course become full. Trusted Armament will not be liable for
loss should it be necessary to reschedule a course. You will be notified via
email of any changes should changes be necessary.

You
must be 21 to purchase firearms [our rules] and they may only ship to (a.) Us
for Davidson’s or (b.) From US to another FFL
dealer in your state where allowed by law ( you must
make advance arrangements with your dealer). You may also pickup your firearm
at our office facility in Jupiter, Florida
at the address above. You must provide proof of age on a Govt. issued ID AND
an FFL dealer (for firearms or NFA weapons
shipments) in your resident state to accept the shipment before your purchase
will be shipped. (Put the FFL dealer's name and
address in the "Ship To" address before checkout). Check your
purchase carefully before submitting it because there is a 20% restocking
services fee for refunding your purchase. If you are underage or try to
purchase illegally there is NO refund! Also, there are NO SALES allowed where
not permitted by federal, state, county, or city laws and your parents. You
agree that failure to pass a background check does not constitute grounds for
a full refund. There is a 20% restocking fee on all firearms shipped but not
accepted, completed, denied, returned or other reason besides damaged.
This fee does not include background checks, shipping, billable hours, or
other expenses incurred by us to complete a return or denied transaction. Florida and Federal law
will take precedence in our decision to complete any given transaction. We
have and reserve the right to deny anyone from purchasing any product on this
site, should we feel in is in the best interest of the public at large.
Possession of a receipt from this site does not constitute an agreement to
deliver any product(s) therein. Absolutely NO SALES TO CALIFORNIA,
Internationally, or anywhere else prohibited by federal law. All refunds will
be issued as store credit expiring in 90 days from date of issue.
- Shipping & Delivery
- TRUSTED ARMAMENT ships merchandise only to locations within the
continental United
States and only as allowed by
federal, state, county, and city laws. Unless otherwise noted in
writing, the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this
Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping
carrier. Purchaser agrees to assume any and all responsibility for legal
possession of firearms in his/her/its state of residence. Purchaser
acknowledges that for shipping purposes, firearms may only be shipped to
a licensed FFL dealer in purchaser's state and
county of residence for transfer to purchaser. No international export
shipments permitted.
- Sales Tax
- TRUSTED ARMAMENT charges sales tax for merchandise sold to residents
of Florida ordered on this Web site
based on the applicable state sales tax rate of Palm
Beach County
at 6.5% and products are considered sold in Palm Beach County
for tax purposes and available for pickup or delivery elsewhere at the
consumer's request. Purchasers using this website agree to be
responsible for any additional tax or charges pertaining to their city,
county, and state of residence if applicable to purchaser imposed by the
governing body in purchaser's state of residence.
